Boardsox® ships all parcels with Authority to Leave. If you do not wish for ATL please leave comments in the notes section of the checkout.

Boardsox takes no responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed during the importation into your country.

These costs are made at the discretion of your local postal service and are out of our control.

Boardsox®  does not store or keep credit card numbers from online transactions. The last four numbers and the expiry date of your credit card number are kept for order verification and identification purposes only. While every endeavour is made to ensure every shopping experience is a good one, in the event a credit card is used without the holder's authorisation, the cardholder must notify their credit card provider in accordance with their reporting rules and procedures.

RETURNS/REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS/ FAULTY GOODS

Faulty goods must be notified within 7 days of receiving the item - Please read our Returns and Exchanges Terms carefully. 

There is a strict no refund on SALE ITEMS.

Please ensure you email us before returning any goods if goods are returned without prior consent - there is no guarantee of refunds or credit notes
